Brief Introduction

Before you read, keep in mind that this document is my Terms of Service; it will not include details about prices/rates or examples of my services. This is strictly for establishing boundaries that I will defend legally or otherwise until my dying breath.

Section 1: Interaction and Communication

Section 1.1: Do Not Interact List

Do not interact criteria:

  • bigots or abusers of any kind

  • under 18 years old

  • against alterhumans (+ respective subcategories)

  • don’t respect neopronouns

  • non-traumagenic “systems” and their supporters

  • pro-contact

  • pro generative ai

Anything on my DNI that applies to you means that you should block me immediately or just leave my profile.

Section 1.2: Blacklist

The following users are blacklisted from general/casual interaction as well as communication on business terms:

  • Ma. P.

  • Cr. T.

  • Za. W.

  • Ad. D.

  • Mi. D.

  • Ph. M.

  • Le. D.

Note: names are abbreviated for privacy concerns. They know exactly who they are.

Anyone who is present on my blacklist is someone who has either repeatedly violated my ToS or someone who has personally offended or hurt me in some way, shape, or form. This blacklist is not limited to just those people, but also those who are affiliated with them positively; I don’t want anything about them anywhere near me.

Section 2: Service Policies

Section 2.1: Service Refusal

If I see fit, I can refuse service to anyone. Absolutely no one is protected from being refused artwork or any other creative service from me for any reason I choose.

Section 2.1.1: How to Know if You’ve Been Refused Service

Usually, I will either leave you on seen/delivered and just ignore you. I expect most to be able to come to their own conclusions after enough time has passed. If I feel the need to, I may send a message directly stating that I am refusing to complete the requested service. If the case gets severe enough, then I’ll block the account.

Section 2.1.2: Service Refusal Criteria

Anything that makes you or your request eligible for refusal are as follows and non-exhaustive:

  • Violate DNI criteria

  • Hate speech or offensive content to a marginalized group

  • Content present in a religion or culture that I’m afraid of appropriating or misrepresenting due to my own ignorance

  • Requests or characters that make me uncomfortable for any reason

  • Stolen characters are present in the request

  • Requests of depictions of hate or hate crimes to any marginalized group

Section 3: Art Policies

Whether or not a user has purchased a commission from me or just enjoys viewing my art, my ToS and general rules regarding my artwork are very strict, and I will not hesitate to legally pursue any violations of my personal rights. I have legal copyrighted ownership over any piece of artwork I have created, and I will defend these rights if they have been violated. I will not warn anyone of my legal pursuit if they have infringed upon my copyright.

Section 3.1: Repost Policy

Do NOT repost any of my artwork unless permission has been explicitly expressed directly from me. Do not share my artwork or republish it on any platform without my knowledge and consent. Even if credit is given, I will pursue any post that violates the no reposts rule. I can revoke my consent at any time, and it will become effective immediately.

Section 3.2: Commission Policy

I have the full right to decline a commission for whatever reason, and I am not obligated to state that reason. Pestering about the reason behind a declined commission will result in a block. A single client may only request one commission at a time. Payment occurs once the first WIP is sent. If no payment is sent within 5 days of receiving the WIP, the commission will be cancelled. The expected wait time for the first WIP is a maximum of 7 days. The expected wait time for the entire piece is about 30 days. To protect my artwork, all pieces will have an anti-AI disturbance filter over it.

Section 3.3: Will & Won’t Draw

Section 3.3.1: Red Lights

Provided below is a non-exhaustive list of things I absolutely refuse to draw, because they are either harmful or offensive in nature or I am uncomfortable with them for any reason.

  • Some specific fetishes that make me uncomfortable (e.g. various excrement, vore, etc.)

  • Artwork promoting hatred or bigotry that targets any marginalized group of people (neo-Nazism, eugenics, KKK, etc.)

  • Artwork that uses slurs in a hateful context, or if the character/client/myself cannot reclaim the slur (I will let you know if I cannot reclaim a certain slur)

  • OCs that make me uncomfortable for any reason that I am not required to elaborate on if I choose

  • Any references to particularly controversial or generally distasteful people/figures; this rule includes people I simply don’t like, and I am not obligated to tell you why that may be

Section 3.3.2: Green Lights

Here’s a list of things that I’m perfectly okay with drawing.

  • Humans/humanoids

  • Furries: canines, felines, reptiles

  • Feral characters: canines, felines, other four-legged animal OCs

  • Simple mecha

  • Mild to severe gore artwork

  • Mild & explicit sexual content (18+ OCs & clients only)

  • Partial & complete nudity (18+ OCs & clients only)

  • Fetishes or kinks that don’t make me uncomfortable (e.g. BDSM)

  • LGBT pride drawings

  • Fanart

  • Dead dove themes

Section 4: Code Policies

I don’t do code customs or commissions of any sort; this includes requests, obviously. I still look at myself as an amateur in a lot of ways when it comes to making codes, so I just prefer to have all of my codes available to use for free!

Along with this, I admittedly just feel more at peace making all of my codes free anyway. This could be because I’ve used an absolutely ludicrous amount of random code snippets from Stack Overflow and Geeks For Geeks to make a lot of my stuff, and I have a weird kind of impostor syndrome take on the codes I make because of all the stuff I use from other people to make them, even if that is just how I and many others learned to code.

  • Section 1.1: General

  • Section 1.2: Commissions

  • Section 2: Code Usage

  • Section 2.1: Rules

  • Section 2.2: Code Usage Notes

Brief Introduction

Please keep in mind while reading that this document differs from my Terms of Service document; this particular document is in reference to how others may or may not use media I have already made, and what rules apply to them. My Terms of Service document is an overview of who I will and won’t serve, what I will and won’t draw or make, and other things of that caliber. If that’s what you’re looking for, it can be viewed here.

Section 1: Art Usage

Whether or not a user has purchased a commission from me or just enjoys viewing my art, my ToS and general rules regarding my artwork are very strict, and I will not hesitate to legally pursue any violations of my personal rights. I have legal copyrighted ownership over any piece of artwork I have created, and I will defend these rights if they have been violated. I will not warn anyone of my legal pursuit if they have infringed upon my copyright.

This section will be quite lengthy and detailed, be wary of that as you read; if you’re looking for something specific, I urge you to use the link to the respective section provided in the table of contents above.

Section 1.1: General

These are rules that apply to any user that can view artwork of mine (minus commissions; those have special rules). If you’re a casual consumer and you’re wondering what you have permission to do with my art, this section is for you.

Section 1.1.1: You May...

  • Reference my artwork

  • Color pick from my drawings

  • Make characters from palettes in my drawings

  • Make a character inspired by mine

  • Draw something in my art style for experimental purposes or something like that

  • Use my reference template or create your own reference template inspired by mine

  • Save the drawing to your device

Section 1.1.2: Ask Before You...

  • Edit my art with filters or stickers or other add-ons

Section 1.1.3: You May Not...

  • Repost my drawings without my explicit authorization

  • Trace my drawings or use them as a base

  • Share my drawings on other social media sites

  • Claim my art as your own

  • Set my artwork as your profile photo, banner, or any other kind of similar profile setting without my explicit authorization

Section 1.2: Commissions

I personally find commissions to be of a much higher value, or at the very least, more special than other general works of art. Rules of commission usage are much stricter than the rules of general art usage. These rules also apply to customs, trades, and collabs. These rules don’t apply to requests.

Section 1.2.1: Client Commission Usage

What is or isn’t allowed for the client versus the general public varies wildly, so there are two separate sections in order to specify. This section consists of rules for the client, or the person who purchased the commission. The client has much more freedom with their commission than the general public, obviously, but there are still rules in place because my repost policy is so strict.

Section 1.2.1.1: You May:

  • Repost the commission to sites such as Instagram or Twitter with credit

  • Save the image to your device

  • Share the image through private messages of any sort

Section 1.2.1.2: Ask before you:

  • Edit the drawing with stickers or filters

Section 1.2.1.3: You May Not:

  • Repost the commission to sites such as DeviantArt or ArtStreet

  • Repost the commission anywhere without credit

  • Claim the commission is entirely your property; it is still my image regardless of payment and service exchange

  • Repost the image if I have explicitly told you not to do so. I have no idea why I would, but I’m covering my bases here just in case

  • Post the image to your character’s ToyHouse profile; I’ll post the image so it has my watermark on it

Section 1.2.2: User Commission Usage

What is or isn’t allowed for the client versus the general public varies wildly, so there are two separate sections in order to specify. This section is directed toward anyone who views my art but has not purchased a particular commission; these are the specific rules that apply to you.

Section 1.2.2.1: You May:

  • Reference the pose from the commission

Section 1.2.2.2: Ask before you:

  • Color pick commissions

  • Create characters from palettes in commissions

Section 1.2.2.3: You May Not:

  • Trace commissions or use it as a base

  • Repost commissions anywhere

  • Edit commissions with stickers, filters, or other add-ons

  • Claim the commission is yours

  • Claim you created the commission

  • Claim the character(s) within the commission are yours

Section 2: Code Usage

Section 2.1: Rules

Section 2.1.1: You May...

  • Frankenstein snippets of my codes into other codes, only as long as the other creators are okay with it

  • Tweak the code however you like: colors, padding, other stuff like that

  • Reposition, recolor, or reformat my credit as long as it’s still visible

  • Change a character code to a user code and vice versa by moving stuff around and tweaking various fields or elements

Section 2.1.2: You may not...

  • Remove my credit

  • Redistribute my codes or brand them as your own

  • Resell my codes

  • Edit my codes and then redistribute, resell, or brand them as your own/for yourself

  • Use my codes to make a profit in any way (e.g. selling code template “fill-outs”)

Section 2.2: Code Usage Notes

Even though I try to put quite a few notes and bookmarks to important sections in my codes to help anyone using them, I still recommend that you have some familiarity with HTML before using my codes; it’ll just make your life a bit easier!
