Eris Null ⛤ 20 ⛤ Bi GNC
AuDHD + BP1 ⛤ Taken♡
Full-time Student ⛤ SFW+NSFW Artist & Author
Hai ^-^ I’m still trying to find my niche, so a lot of my art will be experimental and self-indulgent! I like angels and demons, cute and creepy dolls, and various fandoms. I occasionally make NSFW and fetish content, which will be marked with sensitive content warnings. My content will often be disturbing or suggestive in nature and may contain taboo themes. I don’t condone anything taboo or morally reprehensible presented in my fictional work; it’s strictly for narrative purposes.
My DNI is in my Terms of Service! Minors are not permitted on this website or any of my social medias!
this document doesn’t contain any information about my commission prices
this document will be outlining personal and artistic/business boundaries/guidelines for communication/interaction
if you do not agree to my Terms of Service, you will be refused a commission (and I can refuse a commission to whoever I like for whatever reason I like that I’ve no need to disclose)
DNI criteria:
bigots or abusers of any kind
minors/under 18 years old
pro-contact/neu-contact
pro generative AI/most AI tools
evangelical anything (especially Christians)
against drawing accurate genitals and thinks it’s zoophilic
If any of these criteria apply to you, please block my profile and do not interact with me or my content. If I notice that any of these criteria apply to you, you will be refused a commission and blocked.
Here are some important things to note before you interact with me (for a commission, it would be on business terms):
I don’t like when someone messages me for the first time with “hey let’s be friends!” or something like that; one-way ticket to the recycle bin
I really only respond to messages that are from a pre-established interaction or a username I personally recognize from somewhere because I’m paranoid
trades and sales aren’t necessarily a friendship pass (although I usually do get along well with users I do business with and I do trades with friends only)
I am notorious about forgetting to respond to DMs/PMs, and that’s because I’m often busy with schoolwork and sometimes lots of DMs can overwhelm me
when I start getting comfortable around someone, I swear a lot and have a vulgar sense of humor
on top of being a bit crass sometimes, I’m usually pretty excitable and hyper unless if I’m chilled out from smoking (which happens a lot)
The following people/users are barred from casual as well as business interaction:
Ma. P.
Cr. T.
Ad. D.
Ph. M.
Le. D.
Note: names are abbreviated for privacy concerns; they know exactly who they are.
Anyone here has either repeatedly violated my ToS or has personally hurt or offended me in some significant way. I also don’t want anyone affiliated with these people/users to be interacting with me either.
Here are some general blanket policies concerning my commissions and how I operate my commissions business:
after I begin a commission, I will send a WIP sketch within the first seven (7) days after the interaction
during this time frame, I will also be sure to confirm details about the commission (such as its size and shading style) and confirm if that is what the client still wants
small changes and additions are permitted; large changes that require a complete redraw (such as a new pose) add a $5 fee
the full price for the commission must be paid after the client and I agree on proceeding after looking over the sketch WIP together
I don’t do payment plans or half now half later type deals
if payment for the commission isn’t sent within 7 days of the first WIP being sent, the commission will be canceled
once payment is accepted, I will take anywhere from 7 to 28 days to complete the commission
if I don’t complete the commission within that time frame, client receives a 20% discount/refund
I will be sure to send at least one more WIP after payment is accepted to keep the client in the loop about their commission
I can refuse a commission to anyone for any reason. Also, I have no obligation to disclose the reason why I chose to refuse a commission.
How to Know if You’ve Been Refused Service
I’m very non-confrontational naturally, but I’ll try to message the user and let them know that I won’t be completing their commission and whether or not I choose to tell them why will be case-by-case and up to me.
Service Refusal Criteria
Here is non-exhaustive list of things that will get you a one-way ticket to ghost town in my inbox:
Violation of DNI criteria
Begging/goading or general pestering
Hate speech or harassment
Requesting imagery of: hate speech, stolen character/design, anything that makes me uncomfortable (e.g. vore, scat, hyper, etc.)
These are my general policies regarding my artwork that apply to both the casual viewer and avid patron of my content. I own the copyright to all of my work and I won’t hesitate to pursue those who infringe upon my rights legally.
Reposting my art in any manner is strictly prohibited. The exception would be if I gave explicit permission to do otherwise, but I have yet to bestow such upon anyone. Also, even if I give someone permission, I can revoke my consent at any time. Even if credit is given on a repost, I will pursue any post that violates the no reposts rule.
Won't Draw:
Here is a non-exhaustive list of things I absolutely will not draw. This is either because they are harmful or offensive in nature, or I am uncomfortable with them.
anything that makes me uncomfortable (e.g. scat, vore, hyper, etc.)
artwork promoting hatred or bigotry toward any marginalized group of people
artwork using slurs in a hateful and hurtful context or if the character/client/myself cannot reclaim the slur (I will let you know if I can or can’t reclaim something requested)
OCs that make me uncomfortable for any reason
some political messaging that I don’t agree with (e.g. MAGA, pro-life, etc.)
Opposite to the list above, this is a non-exhaustive list outlining the things I’m perfectly okay with and even enthusiastic about drawing.
humans/humanoids
furries: canines, felines, reptiles, other
feral OCs: canines, felines, equines, other
simple mecha
mild to severe gore artwork
mild to explicit sexual content
partial to complete nudity
certain fetishes/kinks or sexual content that don’t make me uncomfortable (the vast majority of em, e.g. BDSM/bondage and others)
LGBT pride drawings
Fanart of most fandoms
Dead dove themes
I don’t do code customs or commissions of any sort, including general requests. I make all of my codes available to use for free because I’m just a coding hobbyist and I don’t see my codes as anything crazy since they’re not professional level. The backbone of my mini coding career is Geeks for Geeks and Stack Overflow.
This document will go over how my art and codes can be used. This applies to strangers, casual viewers/followers, and anyone who purchases a commission or does some other business with me.
These are rules that apply to any user who can view my art and is intended for the casual viewer/follower. If you’re wondering what you have permission to do with my art in general, this section is for you.
You May:
reference my artwork
take some inspiration from my artwork or create a character lightly inspired by me
color pick my drawings
Ask Before You:
edit my art with filters, stickers, or other add-ons
You May Not:
repost my drawings without explicit authorization from me
trace my drawings or use them as a base
share my drawings on other social media sites
claim my art as your own
set my artwork as your profile photo, banner, or other kind of visual profile setting without explicit authorization from me
Commissions are a little more special than my usual causal personal drawing. Rules for commission usage (by the average stranger) are much more strict than the rules for general art usage. What is and isn’t allowed for the general public versus the client varies wildly, so there are two separate sections in order to specify.
These rules also apply to customs, trades, and collaborations. These rules don’t apply to requests.
General Public Commission Usage
You May:
reference the pose from a commission
Ask before you:
color pick commissions
You May Not:
trace commissions or use as a base
repost commissions anywhere
edit commissions with stickers, filters, or other add-ons
claim the commission as yours (unless you’re the client obviously)
claim you created the commission
claim the character(s) illustrated in a commission are yours
Client Commission Usage
You May:
repost the commission on social media sites like Instagram, Twitter, or ToyHouse
edit the drawing with stickers or filters
Ask before you:
edit the drawing with stickers or filters
You May Not:
repost the commission to sites such as DeviantArt or ArtStreet
repost the commission without credit
claim the commission as your property; while you paid for it, it is still my artwork and therefore my intellectual property
repost the commission if I have explicitly told you not to
post the image to your character’s ToyHouse profile; I will post the image so it has my watermark on it
even though I try to put quite a few notes and bookmarks to important sections in my codes to help anyone using them, I still recommend that you have some familiarity with HTML before using my codes; it’ll just make your life a bit easier
pretty much all of my codes are on ToyHouse, so this is for TH users: please disable WYSIWYG when pasting and editing the code on TH
You May:
frankenstein snippets of my codes into other codes, only as long as the other creators are okay with it
tweak the code however you like: colors, padding, other stuff like that
reposition, recolor, or reformat my credit as long as it’s still visible
change a character code to a user code and vice versa
You May Not:
remove my credit
redistribute my codes or brand them as your own
resell my codes
edit my codes and then redistribute, resell, or brand them as your own
